What we can help with

• Your account: forgot your password, or need help with your saved trips. Email us from the address you signed up with.
• Your data: requests to see, correct or delete it. You can also delete your account yourself from the account menu, under "Delete account".
• Bookings: bookings are made on our partners' sites, so for changes, cancellations or refunds, contact the partner you booked with. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
• Feedback and ideas: tell us what would make Dipt better for your next trip.
• Partnerships and press: travel brands, affiliate programs and media inquiries.
