These terms are an agreement between you and Dipt ("Dipt", "we", "us") about using the Dipt website and its features. By using Dipt, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dipt.

1. What Dipt is

Dipt helps you search and compare flights and places to stay, and offers an AI trip assistant. Dipt is not a travel agent, airline or hotel, and doesn't sell travel. When you choose an option, Dipt links you to a partner's website, and any booking is between you and that partner, under the partner's own terms, prices and policies. Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the partner.

2. Prices and availability

Prices, schedules and availability come from our partners or, during our preview, are realistic samples rather than live fares. They can change at any time and may differ on the partner's site. Always check the final price and details on the partner's site before you book. Dipt isn't responsible for differences between what Dipt shows and what a partner offers.

3. The trip assistant

The assistant uses artificial intelligence to suggest trips. It can make mistakes, so treat its suggestions as a starting point and check the details yourself. Information it gives about visas, entry requirements, health or safety is general guidance only, not professional advice: always check official sources. Don't use the assistant for anything unrelated to travel planning or to try to make it produce harmful content.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use Dipt. Partners may require you to be 18 or older to book.
• Give an accurate email address, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy or collect Dipt's results or content automatically (for example by scraping), or overload the site;
• try to get around security features, access other people's accounts, or interfere with how Dipt works;
• use Dipt for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

We may limit, suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Partners and affiliate links

Some links on Dipt are affiliate links: Dipt may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure. Partner websites are run by others, and Dipt isn't responsible for their content, services or practices.

7. Dipt's content

The Dipt name, logo, design and site content belong to Dipt. You may use Dipt for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning. Sharing links to Dipt searches is welcome.

8. No warranties

Dipt is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that Dipt will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dipt won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your bookings or dealings with partners. Dipt's total liability for any claim about Dipt is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update Dipt and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use Dipt after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
